The Work

The Work

Books describe stones.
I receive their essence in meditation.

Most jewellery is finished when it's made. Mine isn't.

I make the piece by hand.
Then comes the part I haven’t seen other makers do.

CLEARING

Every piece is cleared before it leaves

CLEARING

By the time stones reach my table, they’ve travelled through many hands and places. When the piece is complete, I sit with it in meditation and ask the Earth to take back everything that does not belong to it.
I stay until the piece feels entirely itself again - until only its own essence remains. This practice came with my connection to Crystallix.
THE ESSENCE

Every piece has an essence of its own

THE ESSENCE

I don’t choose a meaning for it, and I don’t look one up. Once a finished piece is cleared, I sit in meditation and make myself available to receive its essence.
Sometimes an image comes. Sometimes a symbol. Sometimes I just know.
Then I translate it into words and write it by hand.
What the piece carries is revealed in meditation - not assigned from books.
ARCHIVE

Every piece is recorded

ARCHIVE

The Work is complete only when the piece enters the Archive.
Its Archive number, date of making and handwritten reading become the permanent record of this exact piece.
Every BE.E GEM piece has an identity of its own. The Archive preserves that identity.
The exact piece exists only once — it cannot be repeated.
The channel that reveals the essence

Behind the process

The channel that reveals the essence

Crystallix is the channel through which a piece’s essence is revealed. I experience it as connected to every mineral in the Earth. It feels like a deep knowing of each stone’s uniqueness, the way a mother knows each child. Through this connection, I receive how each one is known - its essence at the core. No two stones are alike, and when several come together, a new essence emerges that belongs to the piece as a whole.

How it works for the woman who wears it:
A cleared piece works like a tuning fork. Its essence tells you exactly which quality it will bring out in you. You wear it until that quality is simply who you are.

"I make the piece first. Then I clear it, receive its essence and translate it into words."
