Refund policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases from BE.E GEM, operated by SIA GIGI BLOKS (reg. No. 40103722021), Elvīras iela 9A – 3, Rīga, LV-1083, Latvia. Contact: hello@beegem.eu.

Made to order

Each BE.E GEM piece is made to order — crafted to your wrist measurement and finished with a message written by hand for your piece. Please allow 5–7 business days before your piece ships from Rīga.

14-day returns

Even though our pieces are made to order, we want you to be happy. You may return an unworn piece, in its original packaging and with its Archive Card, within 14 days of delivery for a refund. To start a return, email hello@beegem.eu and I'll guide you through the next steps.

Condition

Returned pieces must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with the Archive Card included. Pieces that show signs of wear, or are returned incomplete, may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping is non-refundable, and return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the piece arrived faulty or damaged.

Faulty or damaged pieces

If your piece arrives faulty or damaged, contact me within 14 days at hello@beegem.eu with a photo, and I'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you.

Repairs

Every piece is inspected before it leaves my workbench. If something unexpected happens within the first 60 days, I'll repair it free of charge. After that, I'm still happy to help — just write to me.

Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA)

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. Please note that under Art. 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU this statutory right may not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. As our pieces are made to your wrist measurement and carry a personalised message, they may fall under this exception — but we voluntarily offer the 14-day return above for unworn pieces regardless.

Gift cards

Gift cards are non-returnable.
