These Terms of Service govern your use of beegem.eu and your purchases from BE.E GEM, operated by SIA GIGI BLOKS (reg. No. 40103722021), Elvīras iela 9A – 3, Rīga, LV-1083, Latvia (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Our pieces

BE.E GEM jewellery is handmade in Rīga, one piece at a time, using natural gemstones and 14k gold-filled components. Because each stone is natural and every piece is made by hand, slight variations in colour, size, and pattern are normal and part of the piece — no two are the same.

Made to order

Most pieces are made to order — crafted to your wrist measurement and finished with a message written by hand for your piece. Please allow 5–7 business days before your piece ships from Rīga.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in euro (€) and include applicable taxes where required. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. An order is confirmed once payment is received. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if a piece is unavailable), in which case you are refunded in full.

Shipping options, times, and any duties or taxes are described in our Shipping information and at checkout.

Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds, and repairs are governed by our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, images, the Archive system, and the BE.E GEM name and marks — belongs to SIA GIGI BLOKS and may not be used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia and applicable EU law. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence continue to apply.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your order applies to that order.
